Domain Setup
We’ll email you to confirm whether you’ve purchased your domain.
• If you haven’t yet, we’ll guide you through it.
• Once your domain is purchased, we’ll request secure access so we can connect it to your brand-new website.
Booking System Access (Standard Plan clients)
If your plan includes a booking system, we’ll:
• Contact you to update and verify your preferred payment methods (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• Provide access to your personal booking dashboard so you can create, update, and manage your services and availability.
Google Business Profile (Optional)
If you’ve chosen this add-on, we’ll walk you through the setup process. Since Google requires physical location confirmation, you’ll handle that part, but we’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.5. Request Revisions (if needed)
You’ll receive a preview. One round of revisions is included — you tell us what to tweak.6. Go Live
Once approved, your site goes live and your monthly maintenance begins. You can cancel anytime.

Registered Address: Nightingale Vale, London SE18, UK⸻1. Services ProvidedLuxelo Digital provides web design and basic website management services to small businesses. We offer two plans:
• Basic: $179 setup + $29/month
• Standard: $249 setup + $49/month (includes client-managed booking system)Each site is custom-built using Carrd, and may integrate third-party tools such as SimplyBook.me and Stripe.⸻2. Payment Terms
• Setup Fee is due upon signing this agreement and before any work begins.
• Monthly Fee is charged 30 days after the contract is signed and renews every 30 days automatically via Stripe.
• If a payment fails, clients have a 24-hour grace period. After this, a $10 late fee applies every 24 hours, up to a maximum of 10 days. After 10 days of non-payment, the website will be taken offline, and the outstanding balance may be sent to a collections service.⸻3. Ownership & Hosting
• Websites are hosted under Luxelo Digital’s accounts.
• Clients can request ownership transfer for a $99 fee.
• Until that point, Luxelo Digital retains ownership rights.⸻4. Website Delivery & Revisions
• Websites are delivered within 72 hours of payment.
• One round of revision is included. Additional revisions are $10 each.
• Clients may request one content update per month during their maintenance plan. Excess updates are billed at $10 per change.⸻5. Cancellations & Refunds
• Clients may cancel at any time. Monthly payments stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
• There are no refunds once work has been completed.
• Once cancelled, the website will remain online until the end of the current billing cycle.⸻6. Booking System LimitationsFor Standard Plan clients:
• We integrate SimplyBook.me or similar third-party systems.
• Clients are responsible for managing their own bookings, payments, policies, and cancellations.
• Luxelo Digital does not handle client-to-customer communication or dispute resolution.⸻7. Third-Party ServicesWe may integrate services like:
• Stripe (for payments)
• SimplyBook.me (for bookings)
• Carrd (for website hosting)Luxelo Digital is not liable for outages, errors, or changes made by these platforms.⸻8. Data & Privacy
• Client information is stored in Google Drive cloud storage for as long as they are active customers and up to 3 months after cancellation.
• Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data.
• Luxelo Digital does not track website users directly but uses services that may place cookies or collect limited data.

• Any loss of bookings, income, or customers due to website issues or third-party platforms.
• Misuse of the booking system by the client or their customers.
• Errors due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 30 days prior to the reported issue.⸻10. Right to Terminate ServicesWe reserve the right to terminate service without refund if:
